The club's Juniors helped to promote BRT by demonstrating their skills with coach Andy at today's event on the De La Warr lawns. They welcomed & helped 4 potential new members. Good work!
The Juniors were introduced to Relay running at the annual Hertsmonceux Relays on Wednesday 5th August. Each member of a team of 4 run a 1.5m loop starting outside the castle and then heading cross country, through the wood and up to the entrance before heading down the long driveway to the handover/finish box. A thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all! More pictures can be found here. (Thank you Angela Croft.)
