Looking for athletes aiming at a Spring target and seeking a suitable training plan
Hastings ½ marathon falls on Sunday 22nd March 2015 next year
The focus of the New Year Wednesday & Saturday sessions will be aimed towards the various Spring half marathons including Hastings
This means the Wednesday session remains focused around efforts and /or tempo running but with more emphasis upon longer reps appropriate to the longer distance targets.
These would be equally applicable to longer and shorter objectives – 10km or marathon with just a few tweeks.
With most people looking at a Sunday long run the Saturday session remains focused upon skills/drills and technique improvement along with core/stretching
