Splendid turnout of 15 runners on a windy morning. Luckily the rain held off and we were able to complete the session without gettinbg wet. The group was taken on the lower prom today taking advantage of the slopes and hills for a 'hills and drills' themed session.
Basically this meant lots of hill reps and a lot of worn out runners ! Excellent stuff everyone - see you next week.
