Reduce the stress on your running body and develop your swim and bike fitness with the various sessions available each week - follow the advice of every sports publication on the market to widen your exercise regime.
You don't need to be an aspiring triathlete or duathlete (great if you are) to enjoy the sessions. 60-75 minutes as session to get the heart going but not to long so as to eat too much into family life.
Swim Friday nights - can you swim 100m front crawl? if so you are more than welcome and you will improve,
Bike every other Saturday morning - hill reps, bike to run bricks , turbo sessions are all on the programme for the Winter
Develop your strength , flexibility and run technique with a skills session every other Saturday (alternate weeks to the bike session).
