The weather looks favourable this weekend so I propose a bike session meeting at the Cooden Beach Hotel 8am Sunday
Will loo k to work through some hill reps to get the climbing legs going.
The use of squash court for any indoor training first thing Saturday or Sunday seems very possible after talking to Lorna and Martin about the leisure centre.
I would think weather permitting that could wait till November once the clocks change
I would look at a turbo session and turbo session bricks i.e. bike into a run around the downs area every other week
Couple of questions if you could reply and please be honest, if the demand isn’t there then there is no value running the sessions, we can go for a long run with Dave.
