Ironman  70.3 Ireland

Paul Holdaway, Tom Holdaway, Simon Casebourne and JP Brophy competed in Ironman 70.3 Galway last Sunday 2nd September.

Paul had an outstanding result finishing 1st in his age group and 17th overall which qualifies him for the World Championships in Las Vegas!
His brother Tom Holdaway completed an impressive swim but unfortunately crashed on the bike leg and was unable to continue. No bones broken just battered and bruised, Tom will be eager to have another go at the distance.  Simon and JP were 9th and 14th respectively in their age groups.

On the same day Becci Holdaway, Grant Docksey and Beverley Morgan were representing the club at Battle.
