Book a BRT Session using Setmore
All adult sessions require booking.
Join us for Training Sessions.

If you are interested in beginning, improving, general fitness, social runs, event training e.g Duathlon, Triathlon, Running (5km-Ultra), or swimming then come join us.

From just £42 a year to join – most sessions are free and we welcome new members of all ages and abilities:

Social Run Varied – See Social Media Groups 6.45 pm All club members welcome - Min requirement: Runners must be able to run a continuous 5k at a 12min mile pace for participation

Tuesday Trail Tuesday Varied – See Social Media Groups Circa 7 pm

This is a trail run of approx 6-8 miles or 90 mins, that is suitable for all runners that can comfortably maintain a 10-12min mile pace over mixed flat & hilly terrain. -

Wednesday Run Intervals Varied – See Social Media Groups 7:00 pm All club members welcome -

Track Session St Richard's Catholic College 7:00 pm Twice a month, instead of the 'Intervals' session during summer months. Check social media for confimed dates and details
Thursday Strength & Conditioning Session Varied – See Social Media Groups 7:00pm Aiming to improve your core, flexibility, movement, power, speed & fitness, along with injury rehab (April-August)

Friday Pool Swimming – Coached Battle Abbey School Pool 8:00pm £5 Members / £7 Non-Members - Swim Cap must be worn.
Min requirement: you must be able to swim min 50m freestyle

Saturday Various Social Activities & parkrun meet ups Ad-hoc Sessions – See Social Media Groups Varied These are social sessions organised between members, not BRT led sessions.
