Hastings & Rother Sussex Grand Prix X Country-28th Nov 2013

Jack Butcher placed 10th in the British Colleges South East Coast X Country Championships on 22nd November, 2 places off automatic national selection!  Jack ran the 7.5km course in a fantastic time of 26:49.  Very well done Jack, the club is very proud of you.


Jack followed this up with a 1st place at the Hastings & Rother Sussex Grand Prix X Country on Bexhill Downs on 28th November,  running the 3km course in a very swift 10:32!

Crowborough 10km December 1st 2013

Bill Boniface was the only club member to run this event this year in a very creditable time of 48:02.  Well done Bill.

Mince Pie 10 8th December 2013

Colin Hanks, Danny Garbett and Andy Bishop ran this tough 10 miler.  Colin and Danny ran round together in a time of 1:12:59 with Andy not far behind in 1:23:10.
