Lee had this to say:
"Big thank you to Tom Holdaway Dean Baker Natalie and my lovely wife Sue for braving the rain all day and supporting me at the ITU World Triathlon London. Its a privilege and honour to race for GBR and to cross the line and collect a medal is a memory to hold . Had a great race overall, swim not perfect, great bike considering conditions and ran really well off the bike. The quality of all age groups from around the world is so high, so blessed to be on the start line. Thank you to everyone for the support and kind words." Click here for picture.

Stour Valley Path 100km Ultra Run 14th September 2013
One of the longest point to point races in East Anglia the Stour Valley Path race runs from Newmarket in Suffolk to Cattawade in Essex.
Tim Cox has been entering races to gain points towards his ultimate goal to run the Ultra Trail du Mont-Blanc. This is a single stage mountain ultramarathon with a total distance of 166km and a total elevation of around 9,400m. With the SVP under his belt he has now achieved enough qualifying points to enter the ballot. We wish him every success in his endeavours. Tim's time for Saturday was 12:37:45. Tim finished 13th overall. Click here for picture.
