Saturday 23rd March 2013 CTS

Susie Casbourne ran a 33 mile event at Birling Gap today and finished 3rd overall and 1st lady.  The event was part of the Coastal Trail Series and the course took in every hill in the area. Susie's time was 5hrs 31min.  A great achievement, very well done Susie.

Lanzarote Tri 122

Lee Holdaway took part in this event, also held today.  By all accounts a windy day in Lanzarote.  Results still not available.

Sunday 24th March 2013 Hastings Half Marathon

A fantastic turnout of members for the 29th Hastings Half Marathon on a bitterly cold day.  Well done to all runners and indeed spectators, who braved the icy winds to cheer on their families & friends.  Some were running as training towards future events, others to achieve a personal goal.  Results were:
