Sue & Lee Holdaway proudly showing off their medals after completing the Volcano Tri. Times were:

Lee 1st in Age Group:

Swim 00:29:18  Bike 1:12:52  Run 00:47:28

Sue 4th in Age Group:

Swim 00:38:38  Bike 01:35:13  Run 1:01:43

The Olympic Distance consists of a 1500m swim, 40km bike & 10km run.
