Ironman Switzerland 28th July 2013
Jamie Faulkner became an Ironman today in a fantastic time of 11:49:06!
Starting with a 2.4 mile swim in the crystal clear waters of Lake Zurich the bike route then rides out through the city centre before continuing into the countryside. Two climbs up 'The Biest' and 'Heartbreak Hill' before completing the 112 mile ride; then onto the 26.2 mile run which loops four times through the town and along the shores of the lake. Jamie's split times were:

Little Run Wednesday 2km run Eastbourne 28th July 2013
Junior members Hector and Lucy competed in the above event on Sunday. Hector recorded a superb 8th position out of 33 runners with a time of 7:59 and won his age group. Lucy followed in 9th place with a time of 8:01 and was 2nd girl home and one of the youngest in her age group. Many congratulations to both of you.
