Coach Andy is pleased to announce that he has secured the athletics club hall on Little Common Road for new Thursday evening sessions, These will be focusing on core work and general fitness. As the daylight returns in the new year, there will be running on the downs opposite included in the sessions. The classes will be for the 11 - 15 age group.
The time will be 6 - 645 - 7pm. So please spread the word same cost -£2 per session.. Happy feet 😀
