15 Juniors took part in the 1st cross-country of the winter season yesterday at Warren Hill Eastbourne. A particularly hard course for a first attempt for our youngsters with a gruelling up hill section to the finish. They all performed admirably over the 1.5 mile (approx) course. Results were:

Cross country running is very different from road running and it helps greatly in strengthening the legs and improves all round performance. Coach Andy will be working with the juniors throughout the winter season with some off road sessions. Other junior races can be found here.
