The Carey Clan invited me into the BRT family for the day - poor Marie was cheering us all on, in the rain carrying most of our kit! Anyway - the actual running! Simon Carey and myself took to the trail first and flying past us early in the race was William Carey coming second place in the 10km - well done him! Mick Kirby and Will's girlfriend, Charlotte Ellis, also took part and were all ready to cheer us in by the time Simon and I made our way in! A fantastic, if slightly challenging race but a great effort by all! Also great to see Mick at the Wednesday session - clearly the running bug has set in again!
